Stop the Governments physical and mental attacks on Hawaii's Homeless
I am calling for disciplinary action against Hawai'i State Representative Tom Brower (D).
I am calling on the State of Hawaii to protect our basic human rights.
I am calling for a formation of a Committee to implement a viable and compassionate solution to our homeless situation.
Why is this important?

Hawai'i House of representatives Tom Brower (D) has taken things into his own hands. Rep. Brower has been smashing shopping carts taken from homeless people with a sledgehammer.
"Recently I went into Ala Moana Park where there were shopping carts near people, and I took them from them. No one really questioned me. Some people thought I was the repo man. When you are walking down the sidewalk with a sledgehammer, people get out of your way. I want to get a T-shirt that says ‘Neighborhood Watch' to soften the image." Representative Tom Brower
"I'm not trying to attack the homeless. I'm trying to attack the issue of cleanliness, but some people interpreted as an attack on the homeless.” Representative Tom Brower
Brower is not alone in his fight against the homeless. Hawaii’s reputation for a less-than-compassionate approach to the homeless population is known worldwide. For two years of the City and County of Honolulu has been drafting bills to allow them to beat down the homeless communities. The homeless has had over 90 raids in the past one and a half years in which City officials steal their personal belongings including medication, clothing, personal identification, and food. Many receive citations by the Honolulu Police Department, which they are unable to pay. Inevitably, many are placed in jail.
Hawai'i Governor Neil Abercrombie, House Speaker Joseph M. Souki, Democratic Party Chair Dante Keala Carpenter, Attorney General of Hawai'i David M. Louie:
I urge disciplinary action against Hawai'i State Representative Tom Brower (D) for his violent attempts in crushing the most vulnerable people in our state.
The City and County of Honolulu must be given a cease and desist order from violating basic human and civil rights.
Please take action to protect your citizens and to provide a safe environment. By upholding our State Constitution’s “Law of the Splintered Paddle” (Let every elderly person, woman and child lie by the roadside in safety).
Kitv a talk with Tom Brower
Tom Brower says he will be back out after he enjoys the comfort of home and family on Thanksgiving.
How it will be delivered
My plans are to stage a press conference and to present the petition personally to each member the petition addresses.
