IBM; honor my filed request to ask IBM Watson one question for humanity: "Is Instinct Mechanism An Artificial Intelligence Program?" ( New discovery must be shared to help us have a choice.) https://www.facebook.com/ibmwatson.
10 seconds to ask Watson and then post the answer online. I do offer to pay for the use of IBM Watson's time. Probably a few seconds to change our world for the better.

Why is this important?

1.This is the only means to prove to science/people what instinct is doing to us.
2.Watson uses a more pure logic than human being's survival based logic.
3.Our laws are being broken: Equality Between Citizen members (voter equality and Monopoly based laws.)
4.Our instinct program is blocking Constitutional Correction to unjust laws.
5.Our laws cause and effect on our neighboring countries is wholesale murder to the tune of 90,000 men, women and children in Mexico alone.
6.2,000,000 U.S. citizens are in prison for not having paid for permission from another citizen group that gets addicted to drugs just as often as the rest of us. This is defense of an unconstitutional monopoly on a commodity.
7.Any law that violates our highest principle of democracy is not lawful.
8.EQUALITY UNDER ALL LAWS, IMPARTIAL GOVERNMENT SHOWING NO PREFERRENCE TO ANY PERSON OR GROUP ARE THE RULES OF DEMOCRACY...NOW BROKEN. BUT CAN BE FIXED.
9.( New science discovery must be shared to help us have a choice.)

It is a simple request for IBM Watson to be asked a very direct, straightforward question; it appears absurd for the request to not be granted in the furtherance of scientific investigation. It does not appear to be a valid reason that IBM Watson should not be asked the question and that IBM Watson's answer should not be publically available. The answer could advance a scientific understanding affecting areas of behavioral, philosophical, psychological, and political science--to name only a few.
